Question 1
Based on the given data, explain how the model is applied.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kreativstorm in Nov 2025
Interview
It looked easy, gave a case study to be sovlerd by Deloitte-Marzo 9s framework which is non existent on internet, tried to give answer based on my research but it didn't accept.. reddit says it's a poor attempt to sell their courses.
I received an email explaining that they were recruiting for a Data Analysis Internship, fully remote. The email included a link to apply, which I clicked, and I submitted my application.
A few days later, I received a Case Study Task stating:
"Please review the task carefully and submit your responses within the next 3 days. To keep the process fair to all candidates, we’re unable to answer questions about the task itself."

Question 1
The task was:
"Your task is to carry out a structured analysis of IKEA India’s internal alignment challenges using the Deloitte-Marzo 9S Matrix. This framework builds on the classic 7-S model, providing a more complete view of how different parts of an organization align."
Since the following questions depend on answering the first one correctly (meaning if you miss the first, the rest are compromised), and there are about 3 or 4 questions in total, the first question was:
“List all 9 ‘S’ dimensions.”
