Very basic interview questions. Telling them about yourself, skills, etc. Just be yourself. Was very laidback and not difficult. Just talk about yourself and what you can do. Nice interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme (Knoxville, TN) in Mar 2013
Interview
I went to open interviews for a new Krispy Kreme location after sending in my application online. A recruiter e-mailed me back and told me to come for an interview. I went and was called back to speak with one of the assistant managers. The interview was about ten questions. Having no prior work experience, I was initially worried, but the questions were pretty simple and mostly common sense. Afterwards, the assistant manager told me the manager would speak with me momentarily. When I went over to him, he immediately offered me a position.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme (Clarksville, TN) in Feb 2019
Interview
Only like 10-15 minutes overall. I had to call in, in order to set up an interview; in addition, I didn't receive the job solely due to the fact that they only wanted people for the morning shift.
I applied online. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme (Gambrills, MD) in May 2017
Interview
I applied on snagajob and a few days later I got a call for an interview. I interviewed with the general manager and the assistant manager. They mostly asked me questions to prove that they care about their employees too, then they asked about availability and work ethics, make sure you ask them questions at the end.
