Interview
The hiring and interview process was short and straight-forward. I did an online application and was called in for an interview that same week. The interview was, like I said, straight-forward and to the point. I was asked basic math questions as a cashier and baker, even though no baking was done in the facility. After the interview, I was called in on another day to fill out paperwork and read the manuals, then I started working a few days later.

Was called for brief interview with store manager, and I was asked questions about scenarios, when I can start, potential schedules, etc. Interview was straight-forward and quick - was on-site and it took place in the lobby/eating area.

It was a very brief interview.
I was interviewed by the General Manager.
She asked about my retail background, availability, and general behavioral disposition (likes, hobbies, why i'd be a good fit.)
She gave me a description on the job, the hours and they pay. Along with information about future growth.
She ended up hiring me on the spot.

Interview
Very easy going. General managers asked typical interview questions. You just have to be confident with yourself. I asked questions about the company. The GM gave me information about the company and how it is ran. What they expect out of their employees.
