Interview
Very smooth and easy, friendly casual conversation with some basic questions. Was asked about other relevant experience, what my favourite doughnut was, being a team player, and had I encountered a difficult customer before.
Came in for a very informal chat with manager who was very friendly and not intimidating.
Felt more like a friendly chat than intricate questioning. The other members of staff were also very friendly.

What are your hobbies and extracurricular activities?
Easy interview with standard interview questions. Super casual. Trying to work out your personality as much as your capabilities as they are a fun employer to work for. Manager was relaxed and made the interview go smoothly.

The staff and interviewer were very friendly and welcoming. The interview itself was quite short. I was seated at a table and asked questions about the company and my work ethic. Everything was written down by hand on a clipboard.
