The hiring process is shambolic. It's a very long winded and tedious process you've been warned. They conduct a telephone interview, then a task, 2nd stage interview and then 3rd stage with a senior member of the company. Its evident that the recruitment team struggle with basic communication skills and on a few occasions had to chase (I should have not bothered if I knew the process would get worse). In the culture fit interview they ask impossible and random questions that only result in you sounding negative. I suggest you do some research on how culture fit interviews actually work and get the right person to conduct these interviews. Oh and the other reviews which say that you dont hear back from them after the final stage is very true, not even a thank you but no! There's better competitors out there, so apply for them instead, believe me dont waste your time. #bekind should be one of their core values as the final person who interviewed me was very rude and condescending. Doesn't matter how much money you have in your bank, you do not have to be nasty to the interviewee. Whether or not you like with the race of that person...
