I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2007
Interview
I was refered by an employee of the firm, and scheduled an interview within a week of initial contact, directly out of graduate school. The interview consisted of a one-on-one discussion with the local director, followed by a skills test, and then a lunch with the current staff. It took about three weeks to hear back from the firm, at which point an offer was made.
