1. Technical interview conducted together with the team from Sibiu and an HR representative. The difficulty level was easy, suitable for junior positions, focusing mainly on object-oriented programming principles.
2. Open discussion with the IT Manager from Germany, also attended by an HR representative.
Throughout the interview process, the involvement of the HR department was excessive, with a strong emphasis on defensive questions and highlighting only the negative aspects. The position was not presented in an appealing manner, creating the impression that the person responsible for recruitment already had a preferred candidate for the role. The questions asked by the HR representative were the same in both interviews.
