I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Krow Communications (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
I submitted my application for this role on December 20, 2023.
The process unfolded with an initial interview on February 1, 2024, followed by a second interview on February 19, which involved preparing a task. Finally, I attended an in-person interview on March 14. However, despite this extensive process, I received an email on March 28 stating that the organization has decided not to proceed with hiring for this role and will be starting the process from scratch, without considering any of the existing candidates.
It's evident that this organization lacks organization and clarity in their hiring process. They should take the time to consult with marketing experts to determine their actual needs before engaging with applicants. Leading candidates on and ultimately wasting their time is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the company's reputation.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Krow Communications (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
2 screenings and 2 interviews, 1 call, 1 video call and 2 in person. Polite and easy conversations throughout. Took a week between applying and screening call, after that process took 3 weeks to complete.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Krow Communications (Norwich, England) in June 2019
Interview
Very cursory, quick chat rather than interview. I was considering relocating for the job, I would have been able to start quickly and was very keen and it didn’t feel like a genuine interview really, more like a tick box exercise. I assume they had already filled the position and I got a no but no additional feedback.
