Initial communication:
Apply through the company website, get a short phone call with one of the recruiters who just ask you a few questions on what you are looking for.
Next 4 interviews would be with senior engineers, head of engineering and HR.

Interview
The interview was good, they just have complicated assessments which they dont really check the skill level before dishing them out. I think junior and senior applicants have to complete the same assessment which i feel its not fair
