• I was repeatedly told I was the main candidate and given timelines for feedback.
• Promised feedback deadlines were missed on multiple occasions.
• At one point the role was described as “on hold,” yet an automated message later indicated the position had been filled.
• Final outcome: the position was reopened and filled without clear, consistent communication to candidates who had invested significant time.
Impact: The process required a substantial time commitment and created avoidable uncertainty. For a company that emphasizes professionalism, the recruitment execution felt misaligned with that message.
Bottom line: If you value transparent timelines and consistent communication, this hiring process falls short.
