3 times, 3 interviewers over 6 months for the same position, never once reached back after initial interview. most ridiculous process ever. every next interviewer blamed organisational restructuring for the lack of feedback while doing exactly the same. i've asked them to forget my number after 3 times

Formal and relaxed interview. The questions were related to my experience, capabilities and expectations of the role. There were 3 interviews - Recruitment, Hiring Manager and Final interview. The offer provided was with relocation along with the family.
