Interview
The interview was very warm and informative- they sent a list of questions they would cover which helped me prepare and overall allowed conversation vs interrogation- I interviewed w/two leadership members whom were both very approachable. It stood out that they seek quality team members - the questions I had for them they received very well and they were able to expand on some day to day management styles with real examples. My interview was 24 hours ago- so too soon for an offer letter at the moment- but overall a positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kuester Management Group (Fort Mill, SC) in Aug 2021
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn and was scheduled a phone interview roughly 2 weeks later.
When the time came for the interview, I received no phone call and waited over 20 minutes.
When I emailed the interviewer about this she claimed she called and got only voicemail despite me having been sitting in front of my phone 30 minutes before and after the agreed upon interview time.
I also went over our past emails to check that the correct phone number was sent to make sure that I didn't send the wrong number, but it was correct.
She then said how she was booked with interviews for the day and that I would have to reschedule. I replied apologizing for the inconvenience and asked when she would like to reschedule.
I got no reply. Very unprofessional.
