The interview experience was very polite and likable
The interviewer was very polite and listened to my answer, unlike most other interviews which are condescending
The conversation was very candid and cheerful, the interview was mostly on the thinking process rather than you asking some technical textbook question, which was very pleasant

They mainly asked about my project in my older firm, and the conversation took off from there. The questions were more like this is a Scenario, how would you approach the problem?
