Kumon Classroom Assistant interview questions

For my specific location, the manager called for me to come in-person after reviewing my application. Once I arrived, he gave me a small tour of the area and told me to observe how the program operates for ~1 hour. Afterwards, he asked some general interview questions and offered the job.

Fill out basic behavioural and situational questions online and then there was a 1.5 hour training to assess how you perform on the job. Overall a pretty straightforward and easy process.
