I spoke over the phone to schedule an in-person interview. There was a writing test and an in-person interview. The interview was standard, and I also had to bring in some past writing samples to the interview.

I didn't know that the interview would take two or three hours, so come prepared to write press releases and social media posts. Don't worry much about the interview questions, as there are only a few and it is mostly a written test.
