I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kwalu (Houston, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied online and a few weeks after that there was a phone pre-screen performed by HR. Just a few questions were asked regarding my background. After that, I was sent an application three to four days later to fill out and send back. About two weeks after that, I was called regarding a phone interview with a manager. It was a little strange that there was no SKYPE or face to face. They apparently do things a little differently. The manager I spoke to had not read my resume. It probably would have saved us both some time if she had. This position did not require a college degree or more than a few years of both business development and sales. I was told that my resume was not strong enough based on the fact that I did not have interior design experience or Health & Safety or Infection Control. I had been Vice President of Sales for a medical sales start up and possessed over 20+ years of medical sales experience, but she claimed that she had candidates with the very specific type of background i mentioned above.

Question 1
What specific departments have you called on in the hospital?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kwalu (Dunwoody, GA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview began with the HR representative greeting me at the entrance which was very nice. To begin she sat me down at a high top for an initial psych test and to fill out their internal application. After completing these we went to her office and as an initial process we reviewed the personality results and compared it to traits to the position with positive results it seemed. Then she walked me downstairs to the boardroom where I interviewed with the department head for the position. It seemed she found me well qualified but did show concern that there would be no opportunity for growth for at least 2-3 years but with the inherent challenges of the position I assured her I could perform comfortably and focus on the inherent challenges. I thought it went very well but I have not heard back from them to date. I enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone I met there was pleasant.

Question 1
Could I accept the level of employment and the constant changes necessary to work with different client needs?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kwalu (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2010
Interview
The hiring process was essentially straightforward. There was a great deal of background regarding the company, as it is a bit of a niche industry. They are absolutely the industry leader. With good reason. There were some questions about my history, nothing too probing. It was left up to me to ask questions and my research proved very useful in this respect.

Question 1
For this particular position I was expecting some 'situational' questions as to how I would deal with certain circumstances but that really never happened. Again, for this position it is absolutely in-office work, no work from home. Absolutely no available personal time for the first 3 months as that is all considered 'training.' Easy applications internally.
