Straight forward, about 15 minutes. Don't expect much for an entry level job. Kwik Trip is expanding rapidly so it shouldn't be hard to get a job with them. Straight to the chase as well, the interview tells you exactly what to expect in your position.

in depth interview 45 minutes long asked about my experience why I wanted to work for Kwik Trip the most difficult situation I have handled my availability asked if I had any questions for them
An hour interview asking various questions regarding work, personality and the job. It was pleasant and I felt comfortable talking with the hiring manager. They asked questions like, "What if a customer came in and was rude to you? What would you do in that situation?"

Long with lots of questions aimed at deciphering your personality. They are asking multiple questions aimed and being if you would ever not be positive or nice or calm in a stressful situation. It's actually good that they are creating a positive company culture.
