1. Got asked to a take home assignment first - if you are not really sure about this company, it is quite strange to invest 3-4 days on their assignment 2. First interview was with their principal product manager - it went well, learned a bit about the company 3. Second interview was with their co founder and COO who was 30min late for the online interview - she did not even apologise or seem to want to engage much during the interview, it was a cold, methodical, and strange interview (where she kept asking questions about my current company that did not seem relevant to the purpose of the interview) 4. After the interviews that went by quite fast (maybe about 2 weeks) - the company just ghosted me without any replies or a rejection. This is a red flag if there ever was one.
