I checked everything on the recruiters list but then the company decided to go in a different direction and changed the structure of their roles. This came across as impulsive. The next round of interviews was basically to pick my brain..

They worked through a recruiter and it was pretty smooth. They asked me about my prior experience and whether or not I would commute to Oxnard. The recruiter was very nice and helpful.
