Pretty easy, submit CV > phone interview > assessment centre. Very standard stuff for graduate programs as far as they go (group task and panel interview).
They gave us donuts and Kyndryl branded socks (random but cool I guess). Offices are a tad too orange. CTO bought his dog in and everyone got to play with it.
