These people take English test, after clearing it they proceed further with two interview rounds. This is their recruitment process. Having said that, they've tendency to NOT complete their recruitment process and don't give justification for the same.
Six rounds of interviews with different stakeholders including marketing directors , VP and SP. Was asked to complete two assignments and present . The interview process was very slow . Took about three months .
Interview process was super straightforward. Simple behaviorals and interviewer had a really welcoming and positive energy. Probably heard back around 1-2 months later after initial phone screen call with HR.
