The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L.L. Bean in June 2010
Interview
I got a phone call from their headquarters telling me that an interview was requested. I met a panel of managers working at the store I applied at. It was a group interview about 4 managers to 14 candidates. Managers asked questions regarding the brand, outdoor activities, etc. No formal structure, answered at your own discretion. At the end we were asked to assemble a tent working together
long process, about a month at least, divided into 3 steps that measure you as a whole. people are nice and happy to answer your questions, now glassdoor pls let me see the reviews jesus
Great hiring process great interviews good company to work for I would highly recommend and I think everyone should work for them given the chance. Good company culture. Good corporate culture
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L.L. Bean (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone interview HR called to screen my resume and ask questions about my experience. After the phone interview received a call back to schedule an onsite interview where I meet the hiring manager. The interview was very successful and the process was simple.
