Easy and simple questions about yourself and the outdoors. Nothing too challenging, just know your favorite outdoor activities and then be prepared to have to sell something to the interviewer as if they are a customer

Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
group interview. super relaxed. lots of young adults. asked about you questions like what you like to do outdoors and customer service scenarios. led by one manager. it was over in like 20 minutes
Group of applicants watch l.l. Bean video and then individual interviews with average questions about outdoors and store environment and scenarios that may pop up in daily tasks. Wait for a phone call in the next week
