I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at L'Occitane (New York, NY) in July 2011
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked questions like "why l'occiatane?" etc. They talked about the company and gave us some information about the company. They asked about you're skin routine. They wanted to role play and act like an employee and the customer.
Walk-in and had a very smooth interview process with the manager during 2019. They offered me a part time role but shift schedule was full time due to peak period.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
- Rather long and arduous process
- Long interview questions
- was expected to write to email manager some additional interview questions
- Phone interview first and person interview after
- Manager was rather nice and welcoming, she was very understanding and accommodating but did expect me to work more than 15 hours (company policy for part-timers)
- Manager asked a lot of questions (perhaps almost an hour long for me because I did not do a phone interview)
- Interview was harder than most retail positions I have had as they asked very specific questions that reflected my work ethics and character
