I applied in-person. I interviewed at L'Occitane in May 2012
Interview
You have to interview with the DM, RM and HR. The process is lengthy and sometimes tedious. They are sometimes face to face or over the phone. The interview with the RM and HR is usually via phone. They ask very generic questions. If you have worked retail and have been a manager in retail then you'll be familiar with the questions. They ask a lot about your comfort level with training and recruiting.

Interview
The HR Manager was very nice. We set up a time of the phone interview by email. I did not pass the first phone interview, but it felt good. Not difficult questions. If you pass the phone interview, there will be another phone interview , next will be a face-to-face interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online. 2 phone interviews than 1 face to face. Really disappointed after the process. Was told that after face-to-face interview that a phone interview with HR would be set up. Never heard from the company again. I followed up to see if they had gone with another candidate and they never even bothered to respond to me.
