I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at L'Occitane in July 2009
Interview
I received a call that a store manager had found my resume at a recent job fair. She called and set up an interview. She asked me to describe a "great" customer service experience. She asked me to tell her what I do best and what I do worst. She asked me about my sales experience.
I filled out an application. I gave them permission to do a background check.
We talked about my availability. When they wanted to have the job filled by.

Question 1
What is the best most recent customer service experience I had recently?
Very smooth for the whole interview and got hired, it was very pleasant talk with the manager and understanding the whole company structure. Besides got to explore more of their products
The interviewer seems professional and nice, no harsh questions and start on time. I think all retail interview very similar and nothing special in it. Just normal process and questions.
Super casual! The manager was very nice and kind! She asked basic questions, like why I wanted to work there. She also gave me insight about the job and told me she would call me with the results.
