After the first CV and cover letter selection, we’ve received an invitation for a recruitment day. The Trainee Recruitment Day went like this : - Morning with the HR and other candidates - 2 minutes pitch introduction - Company, Values presentation - Workshop with a special guest The afternoon was the interview of 45min with the direct managers with typical questions and Business Case to prepare beforehand.
