During the interview, I emphasized my ability to ensure the hiring manager's satisfaction as a top priority. I highlighted my knack for understanding and meeting their needs effectively. I opted not to focus extensively on showcasing my knowledge and skillset, instead emphasizing my eagerness to learn and grow within the role. I made a conscious effort to exhibit my extroverted nature, engaging in open and lively conversations to create a positive and dynamic atmosphere during the interview. In a bold move, I subtly hinted at the possibility of negotiating for a higher compensation package, demonstrating my confidence and ambition even if I didn't meet all the qualifications.

The initial interview was a Video interview with the recruitment manager. Then I was asked to visit the store Swot analysis then feed this back face to face with area manager. Casual informal setting away from the store.
