I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L&M Radiator (Hibbing, MN)
Interview
Fairly simple process, Applied to this position through Handshake, and messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn. Thought I did the interview really well, was rejected nonetheless and not given a proper opinion
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were interested in a batteries thermal management project that I had done. Few technical questions about it
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at L&M Radiator in June 2011
Interview
It was a pretty relaxed atmosphere. The guy doing the interview seemed surprised that I was dressed in business casual clothing. I was interviewing for a summer help position. They asked if I had any assembly background and if I knew how to read blueprints. I got a tour of the shop and looked at some of the jobs they had been working on. We discussed what shifts I could possibly work and what days I would be available. It seemed like they were pretty leanient because it was a summer help job, but it was a good overall experience.
