I was told it will be a direct F2F interview. I went for the interview today at Gurgaon location, it was a very bad experience, it felt like it was just a formality that they were doing. Firstly I was told that it's a direct F2F interview. But later I got to know that there is a C test as well. Secondly I was asked to reach the venue at 9:30. I reached on time and was given the test paper which I completed by 10:45 am. After which I was asked to wait. The people who came after me and gave the test much later after me were being sent for the interview and I still waited. I waited till 1:15pm(almost 3hours) then at last was asked to go for the interview. I went for the interview, as soon as I gave my introduction and the panel got to know about my 2 years gap he made up his mind that I don't know anything. It looked just like a formality for him to take my interview because he was getting late for lunch. My interview was over in just 3 mins with my introduction and one question. The question asked was not even a part of my skillset. He asked about spring which is part of Java and it was clearly mentioned in my resume I have worked in C. Later he told me they need people with LTE experience. Then he told me to prepare well and apply later without even asking another question. And told that they need people with good understanding of C whom they can train on 5G. *Firstly I was wrongly informed about the interview being F2F but as I could clearly see it was a drive. *Secondly this JD was not relevant to me according to the interviewer as he only asked Java question and no question about my domain which is UMTS and was told this knowledge is not required they need LTE experience. *Why was I asked to go for the interview and waste my time when they didn't need people with my skillset. A horrible experience Please make sure that the panel is worthy or taking interview. They can't be just thinking about their breakfast, lunch. I travelled overnight to attend this interview and waited 5 hours for a 2 min "introduction" interview. Do you think it was worth my time???
