I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at L3Harris (Lynchburg, VA) in May 2021
Interview
Round one: began with a phone screening with an HR person (no real questions asked, just informing what the position was)
Round two: 20-30 minute phone call with the person who would be the position's manager
Round three: three 45 minutes video sessions with an HR person, a person who works closely with the department you would be working in, and another with the same manager you spoke with in Round two
They then say they will contact you to inform you of their decision (which they never did in my case). Pretty okay experience minus this.
