The interview started with a phone call providing role/company info and behavioral questions. This was followed by an in-person behavioral interview at the campus career center, focusing on skills alignment through behavioral questions.

There was 4 phone calls that lasted 30 minutes each. Each call went higher in the hierarchy as you progressed. They started by asking personal questions, then working into technical questions at the end.
