I did a phone interview first, then was invited to interview with a culture fit panel and a program panel. Finally I met with the CEO before I was finally hired
The interview process was thorough but warm. It included a demo lesson, a culture fit interview, and a one-on-one with the principal. Answers about compensation were consistent with the job posting. It was professional.
