Application uploaded through company website. Initially contacted to confirm that days and hours of shift, then asked general questions about eligibility to work in the US before scheduling an in person interview. Interview in person was fairly easy, nothing unexpected.

Interview
I was taken in and interviewed with the manager, a lab tech, and a supervisor. They asked pretty basic laboratory questions and about my experience from my resume. It was pretty straight forward overall. Very laid back overall.
