Very thorough and meet all higher ups within area to make sure you are the right candidate for what they are looking for and also try to figure out what kind of person you are if your personalities would mesh with the rest of the team already in place

How you handle difficult situations, what is your customer service background, do you have a lot of managerial experience....normal interview questions
