I emailed my resume to the hr representative. I heard back a few weeks later and went for an interview, the questions were straight forward. Negotiations went pretty quickly. I had an offer a week later. Started work a month or so after that and jumped right into paperwork after that.

Interview
Because so many LBYD engineers came from my college and the principals have a strong relationship with my professors, the interview was pretty informal. After talking with a few principals for an hour or so, we went to lunch with a few of my past classmates. Then I spent an hour talking with my former classmates and they showed me a bit of what they were working on so I could see if it was a good fit for me.
