LCFS Illinois interview questions

Interview process was casual laid back in a group setting. Team Leaders and Milieu Manager gets to ask questions of each person being interviewed and then the interviewee gets to ask questions of the management team.

I got a phone call a week before the interview. The woman I talked to sent me an email with the information about the Child Care Worker position. We followed up with an in person interview at LCFS the next week. The interview was smooth. She asked questions about exposure to children and teenagers being restrained, talked about TCI an CPI trainings.
