The first two interviews with the HR was pleasant and very convincing. It actually uplift our mood into believing we will be accepted for the role applied. However, interview session with hiring managers is the worst interview I’ve ever been on. They kept asking questions one after another in a fast paced without giving candidate time to think and already look down on you if you’re a fresh grad knowing by the tone of their voice and face expressions. It felt very intense and will immediately caught you off guard although you’re all ready and prepared before the interview. Immediately got rejected with the reason “We’re looking for a more experienced candidate, and you’re not fit for this role” before dropping off the interview call. I really don’t think that is quite a professional way to reject a candidate.
