Phone interview asking about ABA working experience and zoom clinically interview asking more details about ABA experience and situation solutions. Availability of working schedule is also discussed. Interviewer introduced the task of working as a behavior technician and answer questions.

What is your experience working with kids or autistic kids?
Very clear cut and two-three step process. Everyone involved was very professional and kept to their deadlines about when I would be receiving communication from them next. Standard interview questions and nothing out of left field to expect.

Interview
The initial phone interview was brief (15 minutes). The interviewer is a recruiting manager who asks questions about previous work experience and requires a 6 mos minimum comittment once hired on.

They do a phone interview, and then a zoom call. You should be informed quickly on if they chose to hire you on or not. It went very smooth from my experience.
