LECO Corp interview questions

Teams meeting with hiring manager led to an invitation for a 3 hour on site interview. Discussed experience further with hiring manager. We walked the facility and discussed safety in the organization. I pointed out sever Al possible infractions as we walked. I had an informal interview with the new in position safety specialist. She informed me about the company as well as her background. She expressed her frustration in her new position as we walked back to the hiring manager. The hiring manager and I discussed salary and benefits; and expectations of the position before ending the 3 hours.
