I interned there and got a fulltime job offer after, no interview required. The interview process I guess was just the work that I had done during the few months I had interned there.
I applied online. I interviewed at LEX in July 2020
Interview
I interviewed in summer of 2020. Had a call with the CEO, then a technical round with a few people. They gave me a leetcode-y question, like a medium level. They expected the code to run and pass test cases they provided, which it did. They then invited me to another round, which was a take home test. Two hours later they emailed me to tell me they had changed their mind and do not wish to move on with my candidacy. They did not provide any information on why they had this change of heart, even after I emailed them to ask why.
I believe the reason was that I had just added a new role to my linkedin profile (& I saw one of my interviewers from LEX visit my profile in that 2 hour window). This new role was a short-term, part-time (8-hour/week) web dev contract I took to cover expenses while I was pursuing a permanent role. They should have asked me about this instead of just making assumptions and rejecting me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A take home project that needed to send emails and show email history. They rejected me before I could actually start it, so can't comment on how I solved it.

Interview
It was a great interview process. I applied on AngelList and then talked to one of the founders and then had technical interviews. No real complaints. They were responsive and the team was nice. Wish I had gotten the role. Nothing to complain about.
