There were a panel of three people who sat for the interview: the division manager, HR, and a member of the division. They were friendly and tried to ease my nerve with basic talk, but I'm sure it was also to get an idea of my personality. They asked standard questions like "what kind of projects did you work on that you felt was successful to your previous/current employers?" and "What do you know about our ___ division?"
