Was a very organised, well executed interview. Set questions were asked by different members of the panel. This gave the impression that candidates were all asked the same questions and that thought had gone I to the interview process.
There were questions about their technology and explanations were required.

Interview
First stage interview contained questions pertaining to the technical side of the role as well as typical interview questions you may get asked for any role. Not particularly harsh questions but do rely on having experienced certain scenarios.
I enjoyed the interview but it definitely tested me. There were lots of subject knowledge, technical and definition questions, with less focus around competency or behavioral questions. I really enjoyed the lab tour and it was great to find out more about the role.
