I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LISPA (Milan) in June 2016
Interview
The HR personnel starts asking about background in management and even the degree experience (done more than 15y in advance!).
They just want to check that the candidates expresses interest for the job he applied to and not for other reasons (money, permanent job, etc.).
After HR emplyee interview, the process implies other 3 steps:
- Senior Manager in Demand Direction
- Demand Director (optional)
- HR Director, to define the offer (eventually).

Interview
Hiring process started with and interview with a local Recruiter, then moved to meet HR. The HR interview basically foused on motivation for change and economics and FInally went to the final with a senior executive.
On the final interview there was the explanation of the strategy to come and I was aske for some comment.
