3-4 interviews. Everyone was very nice and helpful during this process. Was very conversation based - Did not feel like an interrogation... I was a little confused on what my general duties would be before getting the job.

I did a virtual interview for one position. The interview er decided I was unqualified for that job and tried to discuss with me a lower paying position that they felt I was more qualified for. Why would you do an interview with me for one position and then tell me I’m not qualified. This is a clear tactic of bait and switch.
