Interview
They act like they’re in control but you are. They hire everyone. Just listen, agree and answer the question. Send them the form at the end and you have the job. They do it in 3 stages to filter out those who don’t want the roles, because it’s door to door and collision only. They say to ask them questions but in the first round interview they don’t answer it, telling you that you can ask it on the second round if you’re successful.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LJ Global (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview a little two informal, they did most the talking and were trying to sell me the job rather than trying to get me to convince them.
They also didnt mention until AFTER offering me the job that I wouldnt actually be their employee, but a 'independant sales rep', which means I would be technically self employed, unsalaried and get no security (e.g. no sick leave, no holiday pay, be responsible for paying my own taxes)
If you havent worked it out by now -its basically a scam!
I applied online. I interviewed at LJ Global (Birmingham, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Online interview with general sales strategy discussions. Previous experience in a marketing environment was not necessary. Easy going and friendly interview. There were 2 stages in the process. The first was with the MD and if selected then the second was with another Manager.
