Interview
The interview was causal and over the phone. There were several rounds starting with a basic phone screening. All my interviewers were friendly and were more focused on getting to know me, my talents, and aspirations.

Interview
Was fairly quick. Had an initial phone interview, then was contacted a week or so later about an in-person interview. If you are smart and have relevant experience then the interview shouldn't be that difficult.
