There seems to be a lack of understanding between HR and management. It will feel as the HR team has psycho patients. They will call you onsite and waste two hours just asking, “Where have you worked? What kind of work did you do? Why did you leave here?” They’ll ask for addresses, contact numbers, salaries, and references for every previous company, saying they'll verify everything, including why you left your previous company. After wasting two hours, they'll simply tell you, “We’ll inform you about the next step.”
