Interviewed with a total of 7 members of the team for 45 minutes each. The interview process was unusually long. I spoke with ALL team members. The only one I didn't speak with was a new hire. I should've seen it as a red flag when I read the comments here on Glassdoor, but read on as this traumatic experience gets even worse!
I got the offered the job a day after I finished all my interviews, but they rescinded the offer after 2 days because the HR specialist DID NOT READ in my application carefully when I fully disclosed that I was on a working visa (not a permanent resident yet). They did not even do their own research or legal consultation and made me do the research on my own to them to prove that my visa allows me to work for any company. They just rescinded their offer with a very weak explanation as to why they decided not to, just an apology that they "overlooked" my visa status without remedy. It was very unprofessionally handled, I would say. I wouldn't wish this type of stress on anyone.
