An one-way interview that you have to record your answer but gives you only ~2 minutes to prepare for each question and doesn't even give any chance to try to record again. So it's even worst than just an in person interview. Get a response after ~ a week about the rejection with the reason that they found a candidate that fit closer to the position which can be decided through the CV round already.
